Synopsis: The Remicks
It's a series of related short stories, in more or less chronological order, all about the Remick family and the people around them. It takes place in a small town on the I-5. The clan consists of the mother, the father, six children, and an adopted cousin (who narrates the whole thing, despite sometimes referring to himself in the third person). Lurid family drama ensues.
