Synopsis: Valley of the Damned

In the South of the Loringian Empire, a young skeldwirda is sent with a team of elite Deadhunters to wipe out Awoken dead near the Empire's borders. When they arrive at their destination to find an ordinary village, he is shocked to learn that the Deadhunters plan to destroy it regardless. Determined to defend the villagers, he slips into the village at the crack of dawn and tells them of the danger. As he is speaking, the head Deadhunter rides into the village and tells him he has three days to come to his senses, or he will be eradicated along with the village and his soul will be forfeit. Unshaken by the threat, the young warrior vows to work against time and train the villagers to fight well enough to defend their way of life.
