Synopsis: Life of your Average Intelegent Zombie

a group of people are all who are left of civilization after zombies attacked. The only hope they have is a rumor of a guarded city that found a way to domesticate zombies. But hope fades for Kathy when she becomes a zombie herself and has to find her friends when she finds out where the guarded city is.

( I changed the title from "life sucks when your dead" to "Life of your average intelegent zombe" because the first one sounds better for a vampire novel and the new title is funnier and catchier.)

Excerpt: Life of your Average Intelegent Zombie

"Well I would have, but then Michele started whining that he wanted to go then there was the introductions then how you were going to treat the neck. We didn't come back to the rigor mortis thing." Kathy explained.

"It doesn't matter," Jill calmed, "whether or not she can move as limberly as she has or will. We can push her up and get her on her feet."

Jill walks over to the side Michele was on and stiffly bends over so she could wedge her hands under Kathy's body. Everyone else gathered around her all grabing a part of her body and lifted her up. Then Emily and Freud let go of her legs and, with the help of Sharon, Michele and Jill, Kathy managed to stand on her feet.

"Ok," Kathy said once she was able to keep her balance, "Were are we going?"

"Away from here," mumbled Michele and he set out in the direction away from the house.

Everyone started to follow Michele in a single line. Kathy took the rear because she was the slowest. Now they were off to where ever they were going.

"Your name's Freud. Right?" Kathy asked Freud.

"It's just a nick name that I got. But I like it so that's what I'm always introduced as. I would prefer if you call me Freud."

"What's your real name?"

"It was Mathew Ridge. He's one of us that came back to life when the calling was ussured. I was changed first hand same with Emily and Michele." Sharon explained.

"The calling?"

"Don't you know what the calling is?" Jill asked.

"I don't know anything about you people. Other than shooting you in the head kills you, choping off the head is quicker. You, for some reason, usually travel in groups. And I thought that you couldn't talk and were just flesh hungry gouls."

"Great. Another misconseption breed from ignorence and fear." Michele groaned.
