Synopsis: A Window Opens

Amy Taylor is a college student on vacation, house-sitting for her parents while they're away on a cruise. It isn't enough that she's been roped into spending her entire vacation in her hometown, though - she's also stuck cleaning up after her big brother, who acts more like a fifteen year old pothead than an adult, and all of the shenanigans he and his friends (and his parrot) get up to.

Oh, and let's not forget the high school janitor who stumbled over one morning and died on their lawn.

Now Amy’s got the police on her doorstep, her stoner brother and his macaw in the garage, and a large and jangly set of skeleton keys that probably belong in evidence, not on her bedside table. Plus her car’s radio keeps switching between stations in a manner that seems more in keeping with a horror movie than every day life. And maybe it’s just the stress getting to her, but there’s a man who’s been following her ever since that janitor died….
