Synopsis: Pavement

The story of a college freshman with hallucinations: voices only she can hear and people no one else can see. When she begins to see people from her past, she forms a particularly close relationship with Dan Sutherland, an acquaintance from high school who hung himself their junior year.

When people around her start to worry about her slipping grasp on reality, she is forced into treatment. However, reluctant to lose her friends, she sabotages treatment in every way she can. Ultimately, a journey of self-discovery helps her to let go of the world inside her head and enter reality once again.
