Synopsis: Meet the New Boss
When a plumber tells a gangster whose phone is tapped, "A lot of people didn't listen to me and they ended up under water," the FBI presumes he is a more powerful, more violent gangster. At first, he resents this, but once he gets a taste of attention and ass-kissing, he starts deliberately peppering his phone calls with double-meanings so people continue to think he's a gangster.
