I've been having a hard time with this, in a certain scene I'm writing.
Strange enough it's about pumpkin pie.
Yeah weird I know, but it's supposed to go along the lines of
FMC makes MMC try pumpkin filling off her finger due to missing something,
and MMC fixs it, and makes her try doing the same thing, maybe a little more flirtatious.
The thing is, how she the MFC act when the MMC does the same back?
As for others, what kind of sexual tension do you have planned in your NaNo?

Well, depending on what kind of person your FMC is, maybe when the MMC is reciprocating the pumpkin-finger, she doesn't quite realise that he's being flirtatious. Then afterwards the heat turns up and hopefully you'll end up with the two staring into each other's eyes, much more aware of how close they are to each other, fast heart beats etc. etc.

Haha believe it or not,
I was going to make it a light hearted flirting scene where it wasn't that noticable,
but now, it's noticable.
I mean my FMC doesn't know of flirting but my MMC is flirting big time by teasing her.
lets just say, my FMC isn't used to and hasn't experianced such attention and flirting.

As someone who very recently wouldn't have noticed that it was flirting, I'd say she shouldn't notice the flirtatious bit and just lick it off lightly, playfully, and it sort of turns into sexual tension from there, without her meaning it to or realizing that's where it was headed.

It's really all in the eyes- you can say a lot about the tension by describing how they look at each other or what the other one is thinking about how the other one is looking at them. It's really a great read for me when they describe the emotions one character sees in the other character's eyes.
