Not sure if this is the right place...but I'd like some help titling my Fantasy novel. Beware, this is going to be a long post since I'm giving my synopsis and such.

My novel is set in a land called Yavn, which is a small country set on a peninsula, fairly isolated from the world. They have a unique brand of magic, Elemental energy controlled with gems. Every person in the land is of one of the six Elements: Water, Fire, Earth, Air, Ice or Lightning. The Element defines their personality, although since there are so many facets of the Elements, it's not like there are only six different kinds of people (like Air can be a light happy breeze or a whistling lonely wind).

The plot is that there are two other larger countries that want to invade Yavn. They don't know about each other, but by some strange coincidence they're both attacking at about the same time. One of them is across the ocean, the other is across Yavn's neighboring land, Shorion. I have three viewpoints: one goes across the ocean to get rid of the plans that are still in the fairly early stages, while another goes to Shorion to try and form an alliance between the countries so Yavn won't be destroyed. The third stays home and tries to keep everyone on track and such. Eventually, when they all finish up, they meet at the capital (where the third viewpoint has actually been the entire time) and trade stories, before going their separate ways again. All of this is written in first person, like personal accounts, and "abridged" by a fourth person who helps the transitions between the viewpoints. Its written so it could kind of be a history book.

As for the title, I have a few stories I've written in this world that I've titled something like "Tales from Yavn: (MC's name here)" But they're kind of in a different setting. Last year's NaNo was also in this world, and I named it Crystal Glare. I wouldn't mind this being Crystal (something) either, but I honestly can't think of what it could be.

Oh, and as for the Elements of my main characters: The one across the sea is an Air, the one who plays diplomat is an Earth, and the one who stays home is a Water.

I'm sorry for the long post, but I would really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Does this period of time have a name in the country, like how different events in our history are named?

Perhaps "The Six Elements" or something of that sort.

Tales of Gems? maybe not. Crystal Clear?. no, no balance. Crystal War? sounds decent.

If you want to keep the crystal theme, i'd do Tales from Yavn: Crystal Earth or Crystal Globe, because air water and earth all remind me of Planet Earth, so it ties in all three.
