And they're not happy about it, let me tell you. Can you really blame them? Imagine being the progenitor of dozens of races. You're the ruler of the planet, as far as a planet can really be controlled. The entire world knows you and fears you. You invented magic. Hell, you're packed with magic. You have magic up the wazoo.
